Store each customer's default service and agreed-upon rate in the customer profile. When preparing recurring work or invoices, use that customer's pricing without creating duplicate copies of the same service.

REUSABLE SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
Create reusable services with customer-ready descriptions and default prices. Selecting a service can populate its description and price, where both can be reviewed or edited before saving.

ITEMIZED INVOICES
Create an invoice without first creating an estimate or work order. Each line can include a billing period, service or item title, detailed description, quantity, rate, and calculated amount. Invoices calculate subtotal, discount, business tax rate, total, amount paid, and remaining balance. Print directly or use Print / Save PDF to create a customer-ready PDF.

RECURRING MONTHLY INVOICE DRAFTS
Active recurring service plans can prepare monthly invoice drafts with the customer, billing month, service description, and customer-specific rate already filled in. Duplicate protection helps prevent another draft for the same customer and billing month. Drafts are created only when you choose to generate them, and you remain responsible for reviewing and saving each invoice.

LOCAL RECORDS AND BACKUPS
Records are stored locally on your computer rather than in an online account. Export dated JSON backups regularly and keep them in a safe location. Importing a backup replaces the records in that copy of the app, so export a current backup first.
